We cater for the ever increasing demand for QUALITY repaired and remanufactured components, and are also able to manufacture new components such as cylinders, piston rods, shafts, bearings and bushes. In fact, we can produce almost anything you need to get you back into production with a minimum of fuss.
Our fitting section has almost unlimited capabilities. We cater for the complete overhaul and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic componentry from control valves, truck suspensions, single and multi-stage hydraulic hoist cylinders, to starter motors, pneumatic cylinders and valves. Our supervisors, leading hands and fitters are all experienced in the mining and processing industries.
Our Hard-Chrome Plating is a completely in-house service. We can also stress relieve if required. Plated surfaces have many advantages. As the surface of chrome is ‘cracked’ it has superior oil retention whilst giving the ultimate in wear resistance and as a bonus, the corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced. It is ideal for rebuilding bearing and seal surfaces as well as crankshaft journals. You can even plate the inside of cylinders. To complement the rest of our facilities, we have one of the largest industrial cylindrical grinders in the state.
Our Honing Equipment has one of the largest capacities in Western Australia. We can hone up to 12 meters in length and 500mm in diameter.
