Client Profile: A High Profile Mining Contractor servicing Western Australia's biggest and most productive Mine Sites.
The Problem: Machine down and no service exchange available! The client needed their very large and very damaged cylinder back to work within five business days, but they were told by their previous repairer "it will take much longer than that to repair..."
Our Goal: To have the Cylinder returned and in full operation within five business days.
The Solution: The client called Callcott & Downey, when the cylinder arrived it was immediately stripped and assessed. This cylinder was in a real bad way. Under normal circumstances this repair could take 3-4 weeks to complete. Callcott & Downey then planned each component to be repaired around the clock utilising their night shift to affect repairs while most of us are asleep.
The Result: The cylinder was assembled, tested and delivered. Completely repaired in 4 days. Another happy client!
